LifePower yoga classes are for everyone, you do not need to be flexible, be able to stand on your head. If you have a physical body, and you are breathing, then yoga is for you!

"It's her diversity"

I have practiced Yin yoga for roughly five years now. And have been fortunate enough to be taught by many different instructors. Each instructor has his or her own style or imprint that they leave on you. But, if I were to try and describe how Naomi’s approach sets her apart, it is her diversity. If you are a novice and new to Yin, she will make you feel welcomed and get you to where you feel the confidence to take Yin on a regular basis. If you are more intermediate or advanced learner, she will challenge you to explore your body deeper than you have before.

As I mentioned before, I’ve taken her Yin classes for a while now. But, recently I had the opportunity to take her Root class. I was left impressed with her level of knowledge and adaptability; given the vastly different class structure and participants. You may be thinking to yourself, all yoga teachers should be trained on a variety of different class material and themes. Well, some do it better than others and Naomi is one of the best I have experienced.
