Hey Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you for taking a moment to stop by.

What a beautiful adventure life is!

I feel my entire life has been shaping me for this very moment, this opportunity, to share the wonderful things I have learned on my journey to fulfilment.

My objective is simple, to empower women! Yes that does include you. I wish to empower you to be brave. To peel back the layers of doubt and protection you have developed around yourself and encourage you to challenge yourself. I ask you to look within, share your objectives, and with my support on each step of your journey, help you to bloom into your true, authentic self, so you can live your life, vibrant and alive. My wish is for you to maximize your potential and achieve your wildest dreams. Be brave, and embrace your future, which is out there waiting for you to grasp and enjoy.

You may ask, why would I want to empower other women? There was a time in my life where I hit rock bottom. I was sad, lost, unhappy, and I had no idea why. I knew I wanted to change. I knew there had to be more to life, I knew I wanted change, but I had no idea how to achieve it. I needed to be inspired. I needed someone to believe in me, to call me out on my own doubt, to hold me accountable, and help me put the pieces back together, of what felt like at the time, a broken life. Someone to sharpen me and remove all layers of doubt and worthlessness. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I made a commitment to myself to figure it out. I would do the work, learn and grow, and when the time was right, share my training and experience, to become the support for others in their step to reach their goal.......... so here we are!

My belief is we experience life to learn and grow, to evolve ourselves our souls, and then it is our duty to share and support others in their development. The ripple effect is real, I’ve lived it. My own life has taken me on a glorious adventure, across two countries I have called home. The tools and modalities I used to heal myself I can now offer to others. I believe in them. I know their power, and the transformative impact they have. I wasn’t born who I am today, I created myself! Each of our life’s journeys are different. Each individuals healing is different. Together, we can tackle each block, using the modality we agree would be most suited for your healing.

All I ask is you have a desire for change, remain open minded, inquisitive and loving, then together we can move forward.

The universe is abundant, there is enough room for us all to thrive.

"may the sun bring you new energy by day, and the moon softly restore you by night.

may the rain wash away your worries, and the breeze blow new strength into your being. may you walk this earth and know its beauty all the days of your life."
