Welcome to our retreat nestled in the serene mountains of North Carolina! Here, we invite you to embark on a transformative journey focused on yoga, meditation, mindful activities, energy healing, self-discovery, and building a supportive community. Our retreat is designed to help you find balance and neutrality amidst the chaos of life.
Throughout your stay, you'll immerse yourself in practices that nourish your body, mind, and soul. From rejuvenating yoga sessions to calming meditation practices, each experience is crafted to help you reconnect with yourself and cultivate inner peace.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
FOOD
Food – Food is included for Thursday dinner, Friday/Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday breakfast. For snacks and alternative food options, most of the spaces have a full kitchen and appliances, cook ware, etc. and full-sized refrigerator, so feel free to bring any other options for snacks or beverages.
YOGA & MEDITATION
On our retreat, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness intertwine to create a transformative experience. Through guided yoga sessions, participants explore movement and breath, nurturing a sense of strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Meditation practices deepen this journey, offering moments of stillness and introspection to cultivate mental clarity and emotional resilience. Together, these practices form a holistic path to self-discovery, balance, and inner peace amidst the tranquil backdrop of our North Carolina Mountains.
ENERGY HEALING
Each participant has an included 30-minute private session with the facilitators to help move through, guide, and assist in what you need. Timeslots are a first come, first served basis, so we will let you know when the schedule is available for early signup.
COMMUNITY
On our retreat, community is at the heart of everything we do. Through shared experiences, meaningful conversations, and collaborative activities, participants forge deep connections and friendships that extend beyond the retreat. Our supportive environment fosters authentic relationships built on trust, understanding, and mutual respect, creating a network of support that continues long after the retreat ends. If you're unsure about which room to choose or are traveling with others, let us assist you in finding the ideal accommodation. Currently, room rates are based on single occupancy per room, except for the Sun Suite, which accommodates up to three people.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home features an open-concept living and kitchen area with a gas fireplace and dining table. It was the founder’s favorite place to stay, adorned with beautiful art pieces. The home includes two master suites, each with a king-sized bed and a spa steam shower, as well as plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options.

It was the founder’s preferred accommodation, adorned with exquisite art pieces. The home features two master suites, each with a king-sized bed and a spa steam shower, along with ample indoor and outdoor seating options.

Each loft contains one king bed, ensuite bathroom one with spa steam shower, one with a standard shower/tub, Wi-Fi/TV, private keypad entry. Though the lofts are individual and private, they share a community living space and have direct access to the Stable Spa below.

THE SUN SUITE
Entire Suite $6595
Includes one king bed, two twin beds, en suite bathroom with tub, laundry, kitchenette, fireplace, sitting area, and Wi-Fi/TV.
(This space good for a group of three/four but can be split up to multiple individuals who don’t mind rooming with other individuals. If you are interested in either group or individual, please send us an email for pricing options)

FARM HOUSE LOFT

A loft with one bedroom, a queen pull-out sofa, and a steam shower. It features a private deck with a view of the property, a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and drip-coffee maker. Situated above the Farmhouse Game Room, it offers a central location within the property.
